Background Taco has worked in Executive Search since 2000 when he joined Russell Reynolds Associates, where he became one of the leaders in the global Life Sciences practice. In 2011 he joined Leaders Trust / AltoPartners. Prior to his career in Executive Search, Taco worked in the Life Sciences industry with Procter & Gamble Pharmaceuticals and with Royal Numico as Head of Corporate Marketing. In addition to the Benelux, he worked in many countries including living in the USA and Switzerland. Taco holds a MSc in Medical Biology (With Honors / Cum Laude) and a MD both from the University of Utrecht.
